Hi, I’m Ruth Thetonia, and I’ve been dedicated to real estate since 1993. My company, Brook Realty, is named after my daughter, Brook—she’s absolutely fabulous, and family is what it’s all about!
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with several large companies and collaborated with amazing brokers and agents. But I’ve always felt that a smaller, boutique-style agency is where I truly thrive.

I’ve never been a numbers person—I’m a people person. My goal is to help people, help families.
